have no idea, talk to the chiropractor and your doctor.
On your way home from the hospital if there are no stitches involved.
I went to the chiropractor during my entire 2nd pregnancy and I think two weeks after giving birth, and I only waited that long after because I couldn’t find the time to get out haha. I’m not a doctor, but if you can go while pregnant I’m sure you’d be fine to go now.
i know this will probably get me a plethora of thumbs-down, but have to say it anyway…
personally, i’d be going to a DO rather than a chiropractor…they can do all the manipulations of a chiro, PLUS they’ve been to medical school (chiros just go to chiro school). where else in the medical industry do you see people going to the same person for years on end without there being any change in what brought them there to begin with? at least a DO will fix the problem, not just the symptom. and he’d be able to tell with a degree of certainty whether or not it’s safe for you to get adjustments/treatments so soon after giving birth. (again, since he’s been to med school, he’s a bit more qualified to talk about every system of the body and what consequences are.)
